If you are a new CRM client, be sure to follow the "Getting Started" steps and look at the "Training" link at the top of the left menu.

GETTING STARTED

To sign into your Fireside account:

Open Internet Explorer and type the URL for your account.
Log in using your user name (your House email address) and then your password (Note: Password is case sensitive).
After a successful log in, you will land on either the Page Admin tools or the Constituent Search page.
