My Cases

The My Cases page keeps all of the cases assigned to you organized.  They can be searched or filtered by agency, reminder, status and staff assignment.

We recommend checking the MyCases page daily with the Reminder selection set to today.

How do I delete cases?
We don't support deleting cases, since deletion is permanent and we wouldn't want valuable casework information to be lost.  Instead, just add a note to the case describing it as a mistake or duplicate, and then close it.  If it is a duplicate, you may want to enter the ID or a link for the other case so you can reference it.
