How do I add someone who is not in the database?

When you add a constituent to eManager, you have the option to first search to if the constituent already exists in your account.   
  1. Log in to eManager 
  2. Select "Constituents" from the Application navigation 
  3. Search for the person by last name, USPS address and/or email address.  If you cannot find them you can click the red link which says “Create New” which will pre-fill your search criteria on the "Create User" page. Alternately, click on “Create User” in the sidebar. 
  4. Fill in all the prefix, name, email address and address information.  You will be able to add more infomation on the next step. Click “Save.”
  5. Fill out prefix, first name, and last name, email address and/or any other information you have to complete the profile. 
  6. Click Save when you are done.
You will be on a page that says "Constituent: John Smith" (ex. Constituent name).  This is the summary page of the new constituents profile.
  1. Click on the Contact tab if you want to enter any more address information. Click Save when you are done.
  2. Click on the Profile tab where you check the Opt-in flag, choose a Press Type option, or select other profile information.  Click Save top right of box.
